Exciting Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant in High Wycombe!

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Contract: Full-time/Part-time
Start Date: September 2025

Ready to make a difference? Supply Desk are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a wonderful team and support children with special educational needs at a school in High Wycombe.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist students on a 1:1 and small group basis.
  • Help implement personalised learning plans.
  • Encourage independence, self-esteem, and social development.
  • Work closely with teachers to support learning and wellbeing.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring and patient approach with a passion for supporting children.
  • Previous SEN experience is a bonus, but enthusiasm is key!
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A relevant qualification in education or SEN support is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude to the needs of the students you support.
