• Previous SEN Teaching Assistant, Teaching Assistant or SEND experience, or strong transferable experience in childcare, care, youth work or mentoring.

• Patient, adaptable and able to maintain clear professional boundaries.
• Reliable safeguarding practice and professional communication.
