SEN Teaching Assistant – Enfield | ASAP Start

Location: Enfield
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days per week
Salary: £88 - £110 per day, depending on experience

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role? Protocol Education is working with an inclusive and well-supported primary school in Enfield that is seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN within a mainstream primary classroom
• Assist teachers in delivering targeted learning plans, including EHCP support
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Build positive and supportive relationships with students to encourage engagement

Ideal Candidate:

• A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs
• Previous experience supporting students in a primary school setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service
