An established industry player is seeking a passionate SEN Teacher to join an inclusive school in Hillingdon. This role focuses on transforming the lives of vulnerable learners with SEMH needs through high-quality lesson planning and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status and have experience working with at-risk pupils. You'll be responsible for fostering positive relationships, facilitating engaging learning opportunities, and ensuring that all pupils' needs are met. Teaching Personnel are on a mission to transform the quality of education provided to young people with SEN (Special Education Needs) / SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities), as well as other needs such as SEMH needs (Social, Emotional and Mental Health). We are increasingly supporting children and young people with MLD (Moderate Learning Difficulties) and SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties).
