Job summary

Academics is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming mainstream primary school in Gravesend, Kent. You will support children with ADHD and Autism to reach their potential, working throughout KS1 and KS2, with a focus on inclusive learning.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Gravesend, Kent on a full-time, long-term basis.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with ADHD and Autism to achieve their full potential within a mainstream school setting.

The Role:

• Provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs, particularly those with ADHD and Autism.
• Work with both small intervention groups and larger classroom groups.
• Support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual support strategies.
• Promote an inclusive, positive, and engaging learning environment.
