  • Providing consistent and nurturing support throughout the school day
  • Working as part of the wider school team to ensure the pupil receives the best possible support

Job description

We are recruiting for a dedicated and supportive One to One Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded primary school in Wolverhampton. This is a full time position starting ASAP and will continue on an ongoing basis, with the potential for the role to become long term.

This is a large, multi form entry primary school with an excellent reputation within the local community. The school provides a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

The staff work extremely well as a team and are committed to providing first rate support and opportunities for all pupils. The school also has a particularly strong reputation for its SEN provision, with staff working closely together to ensure pupils receive the appropriate support both academically and socially.

The Role

As a One to One Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one to one academic support to a KS2 pupil

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a school setting.
