GSL Education is partnering with a Special Needs school in Exeter seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The school serves children and young adults aged 4-16 with complex learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviours.
Your role will involve supporting students to become as independent as possible, encouraging their development across all areas, and helping them acquire vital life skills. Responsibilities include assisting with daily personal care needs such as changing, toileting, and dressing.
The school is located on a scenic site in Hampshire, utilizing outdoor learning environments, including classrooms in the forest, a vegetable patch, and climbing frames.
Note: A UK driving license and own vehicle are essential for this role.
