Protocol Education Limited in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND.

You will provide one-to-one and small-group support, implement EHCP strategies, and work with teachers and SENCOs to help pupils access the curriculum. This term-time role offers excellent training and progression within SEND provision.

Formación

• Implement strategies outlined in EHCPs and support plans.
• Deliver targeted interventions to improve academic progress and social development.
• Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and independence skills.
• Work with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback on pupil outcomes.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Salary: £95-£120 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

An inclusive and nurturing primary school in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional learning needs.

This rewarding role involves providing one-to-one and small-group support for children with SEND, helping them access the curriculum, develop confidence and achieve their individual targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support to pupils with SEND including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties and social, emotional and mental health needs.
• Implement strategies outlined in EHCPs and support plans.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
