The successful candidate will be patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic, with a genuine desire to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to pupils, helping them engage with learning and develop their confidence, independence, and social skills. The role may involve supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or within small groups, adapting activities to meet individual needs, and providing encouragement throughout the school day.
