SEN Teaching Assistant Duxford, Cambridgeshire

Position Details:

• Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire
• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Hours: Monday to Friday
• Salary: £13 - £15 per hour, dependent on experience
• Contract: Ongoing

Are you an experienced 1 to 1 SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact near Duxford, Cambridgeshire? We support a learner in this area and seek additional support in the form of a 1 to 1 Teaching Assistant. Due to the rural location, access to transport is essential. You will support a teacher in providing a safe environment for a learner with undiagnosed needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide learning support to students with undiagnosed needs.
2. Support the emotional well-being of the pupil.
3. Collaborate with parents, carers, and staff to ensure engagement in learning.
4. Work closely with a teacher to deliver support.
5. Must be able to commute to a rural location near Duxford, Cambridgeshire.

Requirements:

1. Commitment to ensuring every pupil has a platform for education.
2. Experience supporting learners with communication needs.
3. Supporting teaching and learning certificates.
4. Enhanced DBS check on the update service or a certificate issued within the last 12 months.
5. Availability to start immediately and work Monday to Friday.
6. Must have access to transport to commute to the location.
