Job summary

GSL Education is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support pupils in schools around Skegness. The role starts ASAP and offers full-time or part-time, long-term or flexible contracts. You will work with teachers to help pupils access learning and build confidence in a busy school setting.

The role requires safeguarding knowledge, an enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred) and a proactive, supportive approach. Competitive daily rates and ongoing work opportunities are available.

Location: Skegness, Lincolnshire
Salary: £93 - £110 per day, depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP

GSL Education is looking for dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistants to support pupils in schools across Skegness. If you enjoy working with children and young people and want a rewarding role where you can make a real difference every day, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and school staff to help pupils access their learning and develop confidence both academically and personally. No two days are likely to be the same, making this a rewarding role for someone who is adaptable and enjoys working in a busy school environment.

Your Role May Include:

• Supporting pupils during lessons and learning activities.
• Working with individual pupils or small groups.
• Helping students overcome barriers to learning.

• Has experience working with children or young people, ideally within an education or similar setting.

• Has good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Can use their initiative while also working effectively as part of a team.
• Has a genuine interest in education and supporting young people.
• Is reliable, professional and committed to making a positive impact.
• Holds an enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one.
