Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Coventry is seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools. We offer daily pay of £93-£110 with immediate starts and flexible day-to-day opportunities.

Roles include 1:1 pupil support and general classroom assistance, with ongoing availability across the academic year. Prior SEN experience is preferred but not essential; safeguarding and DBS checks are required.

Qualifications

• Two professional employment references.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• An Overseas Police Check for applicants who have lived outside the UK in the last five years.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and within classroom settings.
• Assist with general classroom activities and learning tasks.
• Follow planned lessons and safeguarding procedures.
