Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Coventry is seeking enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants for full-time roles starting in September. Hays Education are working in partnership with a specialist educational setting in Coventry to recruit enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for full-time roles starting in September.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people with a range of additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, and physical disabilities. You will play a key role in helping students access learning, build independence, and achieve positive outcomes both academically and personally.

Your new role
  • Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Assisting with classroom activities and learning programmes
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development
  • Supporting students with communication and emotional regulation
  • Working closely with teachers and other professionals to meet individual learning needs
  • Promoting a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
What you'll need to succeed
