Job summary

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher in Bristol to deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for pupils with Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and other complex needs. You will collaborate with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment and monitor progress against individual targets.

The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with competitive pay and ongoing CPD.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs.
• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

Responsibilities
