• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Support pupils with SEN and complex learning needs.
• Differentiate teaching and adapt resources to learning needs.
• Create a safe, structured, inclusive classroom.
• Support pupil communication, confidence and independence.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress.
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and the school team.
• Promote pupil wellbeing and develop learning plans.
