Job summary

You will plan differentiated lessons, monitor progress, and collaborate with TAs, therapists, and parents to promote independence and positive outcomes. Immediate start and ongoing PD offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• SEN experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet individual learning needs.
• Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting strategies where required.
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, parents, and external agencies.
• Promote independence, confidence, and positive outcomes for all learners.
