Job summary

Educato Limited is seeking an SEN Teacher to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupils with diverse additional needs including ASC, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD and Complex Needs.

You will work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, SENCOs and parents to ensure the best outcomes, monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND
• Patient, resilient and adaptable approach
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD and Complex Needs.
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, SENCOs and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to support individual development.
