Job summary

Educato Limited is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher in Hyde to plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs and to create a safe, inclusive classroom environment. You will support pupils with a range of additional needs, collaborating with Teaching Assistants, therapists, SENCOs and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Experience teaching pupils with SEND and QTS or equivalent are required.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent and SEND experience.
• Patience, resilience and adaptability in diverse classrooms.
• Strong classroom management and clear communication with parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment.
• Support pupils with SEND, including ASC, ADHD and other needs.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, SENCOs and parents.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies for individual development.
