Job summary

Educato Limited is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher in Hyde to plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs and to create a safe, inclusive classroom environment. You will support pupils with a range of additional needs, collaborating with Teaching Assistants, therapists, SENCOs and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Experience teaching pupils with SEND and QTS or equivalent are required.

• Strong classroom management and clear communication with parents.

Job description

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Complex Needs.
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, SENCOs and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to support individual development.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND, either within a specialist setting or mainstream school.
• A patient, resilient and adaptable approach.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
