Teaching Personnel is recruiting experienced SEN Teacher Assistants to support specialist education provisions across Chard and nearby locations. This ad-hoc supply role offers flexibility and the chance to work in various SEN/SEMH settings.

We work with several SEN and SEMH settings that regularly require dependable professionals to provide cover during periods of absence, increased demand and additional support requirements. This role offers flexibility alongside the opportunity to work within a variety of specialist educational environments.
As these are ad-hoc supply positions, we're specifically seeking candidates who can hit the ground running, integrate seamlessly into established teams and provide immediate support to pupils and teaching staff.
This role plays a vital part in helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.

Experience gained within education, care, residential support, youth work or alternative provision settings will be highly valued.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
