Job summary

Teaching Personnel in Middleton is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary special school.

You will work with teachers to provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils aged 3–11 with a range of additional needs, helping them build confidence, independence and essential life skills.

The role offers ongoing CPD, dedicated consultant support and opportunities for long-term or permanent positions.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children, ideally in SEN or educational setting.

Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary special school in Middleton.

This specialist provision supports pupils aged 3–11 with a range of additional learning needs and is committed to providing a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored support for pupils both inside and outside the classroom. You will play an important role in helping children develop confidence, independence and key life skills while supporting their educational journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
