Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking passionate SEN Teachers to work across Birmingham's SEN schools, supporting students with complex needs including SEMH and behavioural challenges. You will deliver engaging, personalised lessons to learners aged 11–16 and collaborate with support staff to implement IEPs and EHCPs.

Lessons will span core and vocational subjects, including construction, barbering and games design.

Qualifications

• QTS with SEMH classroom experience.
• Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour and support emotional regulation.
• Experience teaching students aged 11-16 with SEND.
• Strong safeguarding commitment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, personalised lessons to students with SEND.
• Implement IEPs and EHCPs with support staff.
• Support students aged 11-16 and manage challenging behaviours.
• Collaborate with external professionals to monitor progress.
