Smart Education Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a specialist education setting in Dudley to recruit an SEN Teacher. The role starts October 2026 with a daily rate of £140 - £253, offering a long‑term SEND placement in a supportive environment.

Job Title: SEN Teacher

The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will support pupils with diverse and complex learning needs. Your focus will be on creating highly personalised learning experiences, fostering communication, engagement, and independence in each pupil. You will work closely with Teaching Assistants to ensure all pupils receive consistent and effective support.

Responsibilities

Skills and Experience

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Previous SEND teaching experience highly desirable
• Experience supporting Autism, SLD, PMLD, or complex needs beneficial
• Strong understanding of EHCP outcomes
• Enhanced Child/Adult DBS required
• 24 months' references
