Job summary

SMART Education Recruitment Ltd. in Dudley is seeking an SEN Teacher to deliver highly personalised lessons for pupils with diverse learning needs, starting October 2026. You will work with Teaching Assistants to provide tailored, engaging teaching and track progress against EHCP outcomes.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
  • SEND teaching experience highly desirable.
  • Experience supporting Autism, SLD, PMLD or complex needs beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of EHCP outcomes.
  • Enhanced DBS required.
  • 24 months' references

SEN Teacher - Dudley

Job Title: SEN Teacher
Pay Rate: £140 - £253 per day
Start Date: October 2026

The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will support pupils with diverse and complex learning needs. Your focus will be on creating highly personalised learning experiences, fostering communication, engagement, and independence in each pupil. You will work closely with Teaching Assistants to ensure all pupils receive consistent and effective support.
