Reed Education is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist independent school near Boston, Lincolnshire, for maternity cover until the end of the academic year. We are recruiting for a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist independent school supporting young people with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including SEMH, Autism, ADHD and communication needs. The school provides a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach, helping pupils who may have struggled in mainstream education to re-engage with learning and achieve success.

Set within a peaceful rural environment near Boston, the school benefits from small class sizes, high staff-to-pupil ratios, purpose-built learning spaces and a bespoke curriculum designed around individual needs.

The Role

You will:
