Job summary

TeacherActive Limited. in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a qualified Teacher with QTS to support primary-aged pupils with SEMH. The role starts immediately and offers a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.

You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapt teaching to meet individual needs and use strong classroom and behaviour management to support SEMH pupils.

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £170 - £220 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist setting in Stoke-on-Trent supporting primary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health / SEMH needs. The setting provides a structured and supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to build confidence, develop positive relationships and engage positively with their education.

The school is looking to appoint a Teacher on a long-term basis with an immediate start, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The successful Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, adapt teaching to meet individual needs and use strong classroom and behaviour management to support pupils with SEMH.

The successful Teacher will have:

• QTS
• Experience teaching primary-aged pupils
• Experience supporting children and young people with SEMH
