Job summary

TES is actively recruiting passionate SEN teachers to support primary and secondary specialist provisions within a large Multi Academy Trust across Salford and surrounding areas.

Roles offer long-term placements with flexibility across schools, competitive daily rates (£160-£250 PAYE), and ongoing CPD including SEN and behaviour management training. Enhanced DBS check required, and dedicated consultant support will guide you through placements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs

  • Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs, and wider school teams
  • Monitor and track pupil progress in line with EHCP targets

  • Multiple Opportunities Across Salford Location: Salford & Surrounding Areas Employer: The Education Specialists (TES) Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Long-term / Ongoing / Flexible across Trust schools Salary: £160 - £250 per day (dependent on experience) Hours: Full-time (part-time considered for strong applicants) Exciting New Partnership
  • SEN Teachers Required The Education Specialists (TES) are proud to announce a newly established partnership with a large Multi Academy Trust across the Salford and surrounding areas.

As a result, all future agency recruitment for this Trust will be managed directly through TES. We are now actively recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teachers to support a range of Primary and Secondary specialist provisions within the Trust.

This is a fantastic opportunity to either: Secure a long-term placement within one school, or Work flexibly across multiple schools within the Trust, gaining a breadth of experience

About the Role You will be working with pupils who have a range of additional needs, which may include: Autism (ASC) ADHD SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) PMLD / Complex Needs Behavioural challenges Roles are available across both Primary and Secondary settings, with varying class sizes and support structures in place.
