Job summary

Mana Education is recruiting passionate SEN teachers to join our partner specialist SEND schools across Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas. We welcome applications from Primary and Secondary SEND teachers, SEMH, ASC, PMLD, and complex needs specialists.

You will deliver tailored education to pupils with a wide range of SEND needs, with day-to-day supply, short-term, long-term, maternity cover, Temp-to-Perm and permanent opportunities available. Long-term roles can pay to scale from day one.

Qualifications

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Calm, resilient and compassionate approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to different settings.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored education to pupils with a wide range of SEND needs in specialist schools.
  • Provide day-to-day supply, short-term, long-term, maternity cover, temp-to-perm and permanent opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of pupils’ learning and well-being in line with SEND pathways.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support pupil progress.

The Role

You will work within highly supportive specialist schools and provisions delivering tailored education to pupils with a wide range of SEND needs.

  • Temp-to-perm opportunities
  • Permanent teaching positions
