Job summary

North Ridge is seeking a dedicated teacher to join our Outstanding specialist high school for pupils with persistent and complex SEN, aged 11-19. You will teach in a dynamic environment across two sites, shaping learning experiences with a focus on inclusion and high expectations.

You will lead your own classes or small groups, delivering practical, engaging lessons within our aspirational curriculum and contributing to school-wide development and improvement.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status is required.
  • Experience teaching pupils with SEN is preferred.
  • Ability to work across a multi-site setting with a positive ethos.

Responsibilities

  • Lead your own class or a small group of classes tailored to your strengths.
  • Deliver dynamic, practical lessons within an aspirational curriculum.
  • Support school development as a curriculum coordinator where appropriate.

Salary: £34,069 - £52,835 per annum

North Ridge is an Outstanding specialist high school for pupils with persistent and complex special educational needs, aged 11-19 years.

We area fast developing school split across two sites, that incorporates a range of student led businesses, located at our 6th Form Hub in Cheetham Hill.

As a teacher at North Ridge, you’ll lead your own class or a small group of classes (similar to a primary school model) tailored to your unique strengths and passions.
