As a teacher at North Ridge, you’ll lead your own class or a small group of classes (similar to a primary school model) tailored to your strengths and passions. You’ll bring learning to life through active, practical lessons delivered via a spiral curriculum that builds and reinforces knowledge through repetition and exploration.

If you’re not an Early Career Teacher (ECT), you’ll also take on the exciting challenge of being a curriculum coordinator—leading whole-school development in a subject area.
