Term Time Teachers is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join a maintained community school serving pupils aged 4–19 with a range of learning needs.
The successful candidate will have SEN experience, QTS or PGCE, strong behaviour management, and a proven track record of successful teaching. You will work across primary and secondary phases to support inclusive education.
This is a maintained community school for children from 4-19 who are looking for a passionate SEN Teacher to join them. Students here have wide range of learning needs and disabilities, including moderate, complex, severe, and profound or multiple issues. Many of the pupils have an additional diagnosis of autistic spectrum condition. The school has 2 sites, primary and secondary.
The primary phase is located in extensive grounds with purpose built play facilities and our KS3 and KS4 & 5 are co-located with mainstream school. All phases are located within a short distance of each other. Pupils and families are well supported and each of the transition points from primary to KS3 and KS4 & 5. Staff work closely together across all the phases to ensure that when a young person moves to the next point in their career, they are given all the support they need.
