Reeson Education is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher/Class Leader for a mainstream primary school in Brent from September 2026. QTS is not essential, but candidates must have SEN experience and be able to lead a classroom independently.
You will work with the SENCo and broader school team to deliver high-quality teaching, targeted interventions and inclusive support, while building strong relationships with parents and carers.
Are you an experienced unqualified teacher, instructor, HLTA or education professional with strong SEN experience and a proven ability to lead a classroom? Are you confident managing a room independently and building positive relationships with parents? If so, we would love to hear from you!
We are working with a welcoming primary school in Brent seeking to appoint an experienced SEN Teacher/Class Leader from September 2026. QTS is not essential for this role; however, candidates must have relevant experience working with pupils with SEN and be confident taking responsibility for the leadership and management of a classroom.
The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCo and wider school team, delivering high-quality teaching and targeted support while contributing to the wider SEN provision across the school.
