We are working with a specialist SEN school in Leicester (LE2) that is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and communication difficulties.

• Teaching KS2-KS4 students with a range of additional needs, tailoring lessons to suit individual learning styles.

• Creating an inclusive and structured classroom environment that promotes engagement and personal development.

• Using specialist teaching approaches, including PECS, Makaton, and sensory integration strategies.

• Working closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes for students.

• Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development in a nurturing setting.
