At Woodside, we specialise in educating young people with an Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team and work in our wonderful school with our exceptional students and staff.
We are excited to offer the opportunity to join the team as our new Vocational SEN Teacher (Non-Qualified) at our unique outdoor setting for students aged 9-19 in Warwickshire, based in Leamington Spa. This is a full-time, permanent position.
We seek a passionate individual with experience in developing children in line with their academic and pastoral targets. Our approach centers on individualised learning journeys, fostering independence, lifelong learning, and achievement without limits.
The successful candidate will plan Schemes of Work creatively and target-based, building trusting relationships with learners to support them emotionally through sessions, transitions, and downtime.

They will also deliver small group sessions in a specially designed 'homely' base, supporting students in processing new information based on a solid understanding of autism manifestations.

Our mission is to provide a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment where children with ASC can find joy and happiness while accessing personalised timetables. We support pupils aged 11-19 and aim for each student to reach their full potential, whether academically or vocationally, and to have a clear pathway to independent living upon leaving at age 19.
We are a growing community with specialist sites in Leicestershire, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire, with plans for expansion. Some of our provisions have been rated as OFSTED Outstanding.
