Job summary

Esland Daven School in Congleton is seeking an SEN Teacher to work with primary pupils with SEND/SEMH needs. QTS with a relevant degree is required; phonics experience is highly regarded.

The role focuses on inclusive teaching and safeguarding in a collaborative, supportive environment. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team with a commitment to pupil welfare, development, and high standards of classroom practice.

Salary: £32,254 - £39,851 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Location: Congleton, Cheshire
Contract: full time (permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm

Esland Daven School is an established specialist provision, supporting children and young people aged 8–18 with SEND and SEMH needs. We are seeking a committed and skilled SEN Teacher to work primarily with primary level pupils. We are particularly interested in candidates who have phonics and exams officer experience.
