  • Teach pupils across primary and/or secondary SEN settings depending on placement.
  • Adapt curriculum content to meet a wide range of additional needs and abilities.
  • Create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
  • Build positive, consistent relationships with pupils to support engagement and progress.
  • Use a range of strategies to support communication, behaviour, and emotional regulation.
  • Work closely with SEN support staff, therapists, and wider school teams.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress in line with school expectations.
  • Implement and follow EHCP targets and individual learning plans.
  • Support positive behaviour management strategies across the classroom.

Location: Billericay (Primary & Secondary SEN Schools)

Job Type: Full-Time (5 days a week), Long-Term / Temp to Perm

Role Overview

We are working with a range of SEN schools in Billericay (primary and secondary settings) who are looking for dedicated SEN Teachers to join their teams immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach pupils across primary and/or secondary SEN settings depending on placement
