Vision for Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join the team at a SEN School setting in Tenterden. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine impact in the lives of children with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.

The Role:

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver tailored lessons that meet individual learning plans
  • Foster a safe and engaging classroom environment
  • Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families
  • Track and report on student progress and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Promote independence and social development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
  • Experience teaching pupils with SEND, particularly in primary or specialist settings
  • Excellent understanding of EHCPs and adaptive teaching strategies
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach
