A brand-new satellite site for children with moderate to severe learning difficulties and complex needs is launching in Morden in September 2025, and we're on the lookout for passionate Class Teachers to join the founding team.

This permanent, full-time role is perfect for a SEN Teacher who wants to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with SEND, particularly those with Speech, Language and Communication Needs and Autism Spectrum Conditions.

About The Role - SEN Teacher In Morden

As a SEN Teacher in this specialist setting, you'll play a vital role in building an inclusive and supportive learning environment from the ground up.

You Will

• Plan and deliver creative, adaptive lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
• Promote academic progress alongside social and emotional development
• Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families
• Use visual, sensory and communication-based strategies in your teaching
• Track progress and help shape long-term outcomes for pupils
  
  

This Morden-based Class Teacher role will be central to the success of the new satellite site and its pupils' journeys.

Salary & Benefits

• Main Scale 5 - 12: £39,320 - £48,532 + SEN1 Allowance (£2,679)
• Permanent contract starting September 2025
