Are you a committed and enthusiastic Secondary SEN Teacher ready to make a genuine impact? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a number of specialist schools in Ashford and nearby areas seeking dedicated Secondary SEN Teachers.   • Confident supporting students with a wide range of needs, from PMLD to ASD, SEMH, and ADHD

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering a variety of subjects (e.g. English, Maths, PSHE) to small, well-supported groups

  • Incorporating sports or active learning into lessons when appropriate

  • Working closely with a class team and specialist staff to ensure every pupil receives tailored, high-quality support

  • Contributing to a safe, nurturing school culture that puts students' wellbeing first
