About the SEN Teacher Role:
As the school's SEN Teacher, you'll take on a dual role: leading a class and contributing to high-quality SEN provision across the school. You will:
* Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum
* Carry out targeted SEN assessments and write individual support plans
* Work alongside the inclusion team, TAs, and class teachers to deliver high-impact strategies
* Monitor pupil progress, lead Annual Reviews, and liaise with parents and external agencies
* Contribute to staff CPD, workshops for parents, and whole-school SEN initiatives
Support will include access to:
* Regular CPD and coaching from senior leaders
* Additional non-contact time for SEN duties
* Opportunities to contribute to policy development and school-wide initiatives
