Job summary

Academics is partnering with welcoming schools in Reading to recruit a dedicated SEN TA for full-time positions. You will support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and challenging behaviour, in mainstream classrooms and settings.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with day rates of £95-£105. Successful candidates will bring resilience, a proactive attitude and strong teamwork to help pupils build confidence and independence.

Are you a passionate SEN TA looking for your next opportunity in education? As an SEN TA, you'll play an important role in helping pupils build confidence, develop independence and engage positively with their learning. You'll provide personalised support both inside and outside the classroom, making a genuine difference to children's educational journeys.

The ideal SEN TA will have

• Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
