Job summary

Academics is seeking a dedicated SEN TA for schools in Basingstoke to support pupils with additional needs. You will provide personalised support to help pupils feel confident, engaged and ready to learn.

You will build meaningful relationships with children while aiding their academic, social and emotional development. Positions available full-time or part-time, with salary paid per day.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Early Years, KS1 or KS2 TA, or SEN TA.
  • Caring, patient and flexible approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with pupils.
  • Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised support to pupils with additional needs to help them engage and learn.
  • Help pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with teachers to implement inclusive learning strategies.

SEN TA - New Opportunity in Basingstoke
£95-£105 per day Basingstoke Full-Time

Are you a passionate SEN TA looking for a new challenge in education? We’re currently working with a number of welcoming and inclusive schools across Basingstoke who are seeking dedicated individuals to support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and challenging behaviour.

As an SEN TA, you’ll provide personalised support that helps pupils feel confident, engaged and ready to learn. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children while helping them develop academically, socially and emotionally.

The ideal SEN TA will have
