Aspire People are seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work across specialist schools and SEND settings in North and Central Birmingham. You will support pupils with a range of additional needs, providing classroom support, 1:1 and small-group assistance to help them access their learning.
The role requires Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualifications (or Level 3 Health & Social Care), prior SEND experience, and a patient, adaptable approach.
Location: North & Central Birmingham
Hours: Full-time / Day-to-day supply
Contract: permanent/ Temporary, with potential for longer-term roles
