Step Into Teaching partners with a fantastic school in Redbridge, seeking graduates passionate about helping children and young people as SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistants. The role offers a 35-hour week during term time and a rewarding environment focused on safeguarding and student development.
You will work with a team of professionals to support students aged 11–16, building confidence and achieving goals day by day, while developing your own skills within a supportive programme.
