Step Into Teaching are partnering with a outstanding secondary school in Sutton Coldfield to recruit graduates who are passionate about working with young people as SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistants.
You will support students with SEN and SEMH needs, helping them build confidence and reach their goals through daily interaction and teamwork with experienced staff. This rewarding role offers invaluable classroom exposure before teacher training, with an ASAP start and a Monday–Friday schedule.
