At Long-Term Teachers, we're seeking vibrant, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to fill various roles across South West and Worcestershire. We are particularly interested in SEN teaching assistants experienced in 1:1 roles, supporting pupils with behavioural or complex needs.

Role Requirements:

While experience in SEN/SEMH and/or pastoral care is beneficial, it is not compulsory. Candidates should have a solid understanding of behavioural management and additional SEN/SEMH requirements.
