Job summary

Education First Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a specialist SEN College in Croydon for a September start. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with ASD, SEMH and challenging behaviour, helping them access learning and develop independence.

This long-term, on-site role offers a daily rate of £110-£130, with ongoing professional development and a dedicated consultant from Education First Recruitment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people with ASD, ADHD, SEMH.
• Experience providing 1:1 and small-group support.
• Experience in a SEN College setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students.
• Support students to manage behaviour and regulate emotions.
• Support students inside and outside the classroom and during transitions.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SEN team to support learning access.
