Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking qualified SEN Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils in Croydon, Greater London. Roles are long-term, with daily supply and potential permanency, and require dedication to safeguarding and inclusive education.

Candidates with experience of 1:1 support, pupils with speech and language needs, or behavioural challenges are encouraged to apply. DBS checks and relevant training are required.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with SEN.
• Experience supporting pupils with speech and language needs.
• Experience managing behaviour in a classroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis during lessons and activities.
• Assist the teacher with classroom tasks and resource preparation.
• Monitor progress and alert staff to any concerns promptly.
