Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, especially those with special educational needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering lessons and supporting students to understand content.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support and help implement IEPs.
• Help maintain a positive, structured classroom environment and manage behaviour.
• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to monitor progress and adjust support strategies.
• Assist in setting up learning resources and participate in meetings and development activities.
• Monitor student progress and contribute to assessments as required.
