Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants for roles in Loughborough and surrounding areas. You will support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored plans and promote learning independence.

Rewarding roles with progression opportunities and weekly pay. A calm, empathetic approach and strong teamwork are essential, with an enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs) and a calm, empathetic approach.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groups.
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support plans.
• Promoting independence and confidence in learning.
• Helping to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
